Our members really rose to the occasion this year and provided an event that will be hard to match. Members and guests started with appetizers of smoked salmon, spinach dip and clam chowder paired with wine samplings poured by our very own wine steward.
Tri-tip steak cooked over an open wood fire followed with green salad, baked beans and corn on the cob. The array of hand crafted desserts had many in tears as they struggled to take just a taste of every variety. With full bellys and open wallets, the auction that followed was a fun and rewarding event.
